 AddonInteractive (formerly RaiderSoft) was established in 2001 to develop feature rich and affordable interactive web-based products for both individuals and businesses. Headquartered in Fishers, IN with satellite locations in Carmel, IN, Riverside, CA and Sunderland, Great Britain; we offer innovative technology with dependable customer support ensuring that new needs in the marketplace are being met while customer satisfaction remains high. AddonInteractive's flagship product - addonChat - was first introduced in 2001 to provide an affordable alternative to other hosted chat applications on the market. Since that time, it has evolved into one of the most popular hosted chat products available; in use by millions of people worldwide. The release of version 8.0 in 2006 solidified addonChat's position as an industry leader in full-featured chat solutions while retaining its affordability and ease of use. In the fall of 2006, RaiderSoft became addonInteractive. RaiderSoft's flagship product, SigmaChat, was renamed addonChat. The purpose of our renaming initiative is to provide a clear and concise description of our products through brand name alone. In early 2008, AddonInteractive expanded it's AddonChat service with a satellite office in England and .co.uk domain name at addonchat.co.uk.
AddonInteractive has chosen nFrame, Inc. to host our dedicated servers due to their high level of dependability and quality customer support. nFrame established Indiana's only regional exchange point for Internet traffic in 1998, delivers premium services and technology and has the experienced staff necessary to maintain our critical data connections. Since we own our servers (we do not rent or least), we can assure our customers of stability regardless of market conditions and third-party dependancies.
